• Quotes and Pricing: All fees are as quoted in the proposal. Prices are in Euro (€) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), for which you are responsible.
• Payment: Payment terms (such as deposits and final payments) will be detailed in your project proposal. Work typically begins only after a deposit is received and all necessary materials are provided by you.

6. Client Responsibilities for Services

• Provision of Materials: You are responsible for providing all necessary texts, images, logos, and brand guidelines in a timely manner. You warrant that you own or have the legal right to use any materials you provide.
• Feedback and Approvals: You agree to provide prompt feedback to keep the project on schedule. Your formal approval of key milestones (e.g., design concepts) is required before work progresses to the next stage.
• Revisions: Revisions are included as specified in your package (e.g., "Limited to 3 Revisions"). Additional revision requests may be subject to extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property & Deliverables for Services

• Ownership Transfer: Full ownership of the final, custom-designed deliverables (such as logos and website designs) is transferred to you only upon receipt of full and final payment.
• Pre-existing Works: karimabo.com retains all rights to any tools, libraries, or code used to create your project that were developed prior to your project.
• Revisions: Revisions are included as specified in your package (e.g., "Limited to 3 Revisions"). Additional revision requests may be subject to extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law:

• For Free Services, karimabo.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.
