Brand Delivery
Once the final designs are approved, I will compile everything into a comprehensive branding guideline packet. This packet will include detailed usage tips, such as the correct usage of the color palette, logos, imagery, and other visual elements. It will also include information on how to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.

Website Mockup
With your brand identity now established, it's time to seamlessly integrate it into your website design. I will expertly incorporate your brand's colors, elements, and typography to create a memorable online experience for your audience. The web design mockup will be delivered to you through Adobe XD, and you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions via the provided link.

Website Development
Upon completion of the 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the website design is flawless, it's time to move forward with development. I will not begin the development process until all website mockup files have received your final approval. I specialize in using WordPress for website development, but I am also well-versed in all other web development platforms.

The moment you've been waiting for - website development! During this stage, I take great care to ensure that your website is fully optimized for all mobile and tablet devices and is fully responsive. After rigorously testing all buttons and functionalities, it's time to prepare for launch.

Brand Design
Our process starts with an in-depth Initial Phone Consultation and Questionnaire to gain a thorough understanding of your brand's goals, messaging, visual aesthetics, and more. We then move into the Development phase, during which we create a detailed creative plan with a clear timeline.
Our services include crafting a Brand Messaging strategy, which includes defining your brand's purpose, promise, personality, and voice. We also create a Mood Board to capture the brand's visual aesthetics and inspiration, and a Color Palette with Hex codes and guidelines for usage.
For the visual identity, we design a comprehensive Logo Design Package, which includes a primary logo, secondary logo, submark, and custom illustrations. We provide 3 rounds of revisions on the logo design, and a Typography system with the font files included.
Finally, we provide a Branding guideline packet that explains the brand designs in detail and includes downloadable links to all materials created.
Website Design
Website content: If you provides the content, I'll need 1-2 weeks before the development phase. If a copywriter is needed, there will be an additional cost.
Custom website design: I'll create a 4-6 page website design that is completely tailored to your needs. Additional pages can be added, but it may affect the cost.
Custom page designs built on Adobe XD: Before the website is fully functional, we will review the designs and make any necessary changes.
Website development on a hosting account: We will develop your website on either WordPress or another platform, once the Adobe XD page designs are finalized and approved.
Mobile responsiveness: Your website will be optimized to work on both phone and tablet devices.
Hosting and Domain set up: You are responsible for purchasing your own hosting account and domain name. I recommend Siteground for WordPress.
Pre-launch meeting: We will conduct a meeting to walk through the website and make any last-minute changes.
Website maintenance: one month of website maintenance after the first month.
Video walkthrough: I'll provide a video tutorial on how to edit and use the website when the project is finalized.
